Kia ora e te whānau 

We have had an awesome week in Hōpara! 

This week we began writing our Taonga Newspaper articles, we would like to thank you all for supporting this task at home! We can't wait to share our Hōpara Times Newspaper with you all! 

Yr 4/5 CAMP 2022 BAKE SALE - Please bring all baking to Hōpara on TUESDAY morning for our bake sale! It would be helpful if the baked items could be sold/wrapped individually.  

Kapa Haka 

Well done to Caiyu for stepping up and taking on a leadership role in kapahaka today, you really showed us your strength and mana!

Band - The class band has been up and running for the last few Thursdays. Everybody seems to be having fun and learning some cool music. 

Sun Hats - Please make sure your child has a NAMED sun hat ready for school tomorrow. The weather is heating up and we need to stay sun safe! 

Mask wearing - We would appreciate all parents/caregivers wearing a mask inside our classroom, we understand if you have an exemption you will not have to.
